Bomb Threat

The threat was made last Thursday, and the school was put into secure mode.

Local police are searching for this man, and say he could be connected to the bomb threat at Bronner's earlier this week.

Shortly before noon on Friday of last week, Genesee County 911 received a very disturbing phone call.  An "older male" claimed there were five dirty bombs inside five different schools in Genesee County.  That call was made from a pay phone at a Birch Run gas station. This past Friday was pretty scary for Genesee County as news broke in the early afternoon about an alarming phone call made to 911 that there were five bombs in five schools. ABC-12 has obtained the first call made which is the voice of an older man saying they had two hours to disarm the bombs.

Michigan State Police say a caller warned of five 'dirty' bombs located in Genesee County schools, at least one school has gone into lock-down. The Genesee County Sheriff asks that all area residents please not call 911 for information; the calls are blocking the 911 lines...
