He and his mother were watching the news when he recognized himself. "That's me!"

Billy Shelby has been working for the Independence, Missouri sanitation department for the last four years.

Back in January, he saw an elderly woman fall in her driveway while trying to bring her garbage can back up to her house. Her name is Opal Zucca, and Billy went out of his way to make sure that she never fell again - he takes her can up to her house for her, and she's out there to greet him every week.

It was all caught on a doorbell camera, and Opal's daughter posted it to her Facebook.

After the video went viral Billy met Opal's children. When former Kansas City Chief's player Tim Grunhard heard about the story, he gave Billy tickets to the upcoming Chiefs/Vikings game.
