Police, Pizza Place Team Up For ‘Feed The City’ Event in Saginaw

The event is to "bridge the gap" between the community and law enforcement.

On Sunday, for a few hours, local police officers in Saginaw teamed up with G's Pizzeria for an event called "Feed The City." They worked with a group called "Bridge The Gap" to put on the event. They even played basketball with the kids.

What a great idea - definitely something we need in our communities. We need to be able to teach our kids that the police are there to HELP them, and that they shouldn't be afraid of them!
