Employees of the restaurant chain found out this past week that their temporary layoffs will, in fact, be permanent.

According to Restaurant Business, CraftWorks Holdings, the parent company of Logan's Roadhouse is closing all of their 261 locations indefinitely and NOT just during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Employees who were previously furloughed were notified that they are, in fact, terminated and that their benefits expired on March 31st. The number of people out of job is somewhere around 18,000.

CraftWorks also fired their CEO and CFO for paying bills without permission.

The company's other brand, Old Chicago, will close all of its locations and fire all employees as well.
