Local Police Search for Man Considered Armed and Dangerous

Flint police are searching for 22-year-old Jacob “Jake” Hawkins-Bivins, who is considered armed and dangerous.

Hawkins-Bivins is wanted in connection with the murder of Desmond Savage Jr., who died of gunshot wounds after an altercation with the suspect.

Police tell WNEM that the man has a cross of a tattoo under his right eye. Click here for a gallery of pictures.
