One of America’s Most Wanted Beers Is Finally Coming to Michigan

If you’ve been driving to the state border to snag your favorite beer or loading up coolers on road trips just to get your hands on Yuengling, good news: the wait is almost over.

Yuengling is loved so much by Michigan residents that they even created a Facebook page basically begging the company to bring it here (boy, are those people happy now). Years of tagging and begging online have finally paid off. Yuengling is coming to Michigan.

However, not everyone is going to be happy about it right away. You see, while the popular beer is finally coming to Michigan, it won’t be distributed statewide. At least not yet.

When is Yuengling Coming to Michigan?

According to MLive, Yuengling will be available starting August 11. But here’s the deal—it’s only a limited launch. That means, for now, you’ll only be able to find Yuengling in Detroit, Ann Arbor, Lansing, and some surrounding areas. Yeah, that part kind of sucks. But hey, at least you won’t have to drive to Ohio or Indiana to get it anymore.

It’s wild how long we’ve been talking about Yuengling coming to Michigan. Back in 2017, we were told Michigan was next on the list to get its beers. But then Yuengling announced Arkansas instead. Yeah, beer drinkers here took that one pretty personally.
