“Out of my 25 years being a cop this is my greatest and most profound accomplishment and it made every second of those 25 years worth it all.”

Officer Kenneth Knox was called out to a report of a choking 2-month-old baby in Greenville, Georgia. The baby's name is Ma'Yavi - her mom had fed her cereal an hour earlier. The little girl has acid reflux, so her pediatrician recommended that her mom mix applesauce and cereal in her milk.

She started to turn blue and foam at the mouth, and her parents tried to do CPR themselves. Officer Knox arrived and was able to do reverse CPR and suck the cereal out of her throat, saying, "LORD GOD ALMIGHTY touched me and I knew what to do."
