After a tumultuous 24 hours, the owner of the Flint Firebirds has released a statement regarding last night's team walk-out.
Last night, amidst reports that the coaching staff had been fired and the players had walked out, the Facebook page of the Flint Firebirds went silent. There was allegedly a staff meeting this morning at 8 AM; however, no media outlets received any information at that time. The team's page was reinstated (along with the coaching staff) this evening.
