Zookeeper Saves Monkey’s Life by Licking Its Butt

We know, you go above and beyond for your job. You work overtime without getting paid, you do all the crap your coworkers don't want to. Blah, blah, blah.

A zookeeper in China has got you licked. Seriously.

Gawker reports that someone carelessly tossed a peanut into a young monkey's enclosure at the Wuhan Zoo in China, and one of the zoo's employees, Zhang Bangsheng, noticed that the animal had become dangerously constipated.

The toothless monkey was too small to pass the peanut naturally, and too small for laxatives. Bangsheng told reporters he had no choice but to wash the monkey's bottom with warm water, and lick it for about an hour before the legume popped out.
