Dutch filmmaker Jeroen Wolf captures the essence of the aging process, using 100 people, each one year older than the last, and demonstrates how precious life really is.

Pay particular attention as the film reaches your age, and those of your loved ones. Personally it seemed rather surreal as the subjects stated 47 (my age), 14 (the age of my twin sons), and XX (My wife would kill me if I told you her age.)
