128,000 Americans are hospitalized every year for a food borne illness, according to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention. 1 out of 6 of us will just get sick from E.coli, listeria or salmonella. Given the general public's ongoing concern and the recent news stories about ground turkey products being contaminated with fecal matter, the CDC has released a list of the 11 most risky foods that we eat every day. Some like meat and leafy greens probably won't surprise you, but lovers of eggs, cheese, potatoes and berries take note! They made the list as well.
