The island sits between Lakes Superior and Huron, just off the coast of Drummond Island. It is Northeast of Mackinac Island. If you were to drive to Drummond Island from Mackinaw City, it would take you about two hours, then a half-mile boat ride to get to your private getaway.

According to the listing on Drummond Island Reality, the main log cabin is about 600 square feet, but who needs a big house when you have a whole island to play on. The main cabin has two bedrooms, so you can invite guests. There is also a guest house on the island, nicknamed the hide-a-way. The guest house is only 320 square feet on the very interior of the island.
