To honor Boston and the victims of Monday's Boston Marathon bombing, the New York Yankees played the Fenway Park anthem, 'Sweet Caroline' after the third inning Tuesday night at Yankee Stadium.

Throughout the video (below) fans can be seen holding flags and signs with messages such as, "We R Boston Strong" to honor victims of the tragedy and the people of Boston.

Neil Diamond, who wrote the song which has been a Fenway Park staple since 2002, tweeted his approval.
