World’s Worst Cameraman Barely Captures the Antics of the World’s Worst Driver [VIDEO]

A woman who passersby claim was "high as hell" stunned other motorists by doing donuts in a busy intersection near Charlotte, North Carolina. The cameraman who managed to capture some of it also gave us plenty of footage of grass and cement.

"Oh God, she gonna hit the PO-leece!" and "Shoot that woman" are two of the phrases we hear over and over, as our photojournalist wannabe adds in his sometimes-NSFW commentary.

The woman's erratic driving ultimately ends with her hitting a fire hydrant, and flipping over as she rolls down a small embankment. Of course Dan Rather was too busy filming shrubs to capture any of this, but WCNC-TV was able to obtain alternate footage, which is included in the second video below.
