This "little guy" was in quite the predicament this last weekend in Sri Lanka. 

Port workers in Hambantota heard the calf calling for help, and they worked with wildlife officials (and a sledgehammer) to crack open an escape hatch. When they lifted him out of the drain, rescuers realized that his leg was broken. They lifted him onto a truck, and as of right now, the elephant's condition is unknown.

That's no easy task, to "lift" a baby elephant out of a storm drain! Bless these good Samaritans!
