A Colorado mother of two whose buttocks were impaled by a 4-inch diameter metal pole during a car accident says she learned a valuable lesson, and shares this advice with everyone:  Don't text and drive.

Christina Jahnz says she only glanced at her phone as she was leaving her daughter's elementary school. But that distraction was enough to cause her to hit a guard rail, which rammed through the car's engine compartment and through her left buttock.
