Woman Struck By Police Car Shocking Dashcam [VIDEO]

The police officer hit the woman while on his way to another call.You'll cringe when you see this video.

Caroline Walker, a junior at Ohio Wesleyan University is recovering from her injuries. Caroline is a star basketball player at Wesleyan. Officer Mark Jackson was en route to a disturbance call and did not see Walker in the crosswalk.

Officer Mark Jackson was charged with failure to yield. He paid a $135 fine. Caroline believe it or not is ok. She suffered a concussion, and was really sore, thankfully no broken bones. Take a look at the video.
