Woman Shoots Son-In-Law Over Custody Dispute [NSFW] [VIDEO]

It was a good thing that Salvatore Miglino had his iPhone recording last Wednesday when he went to pick up his son from his mother-in-law, Cheryl Hepner.  She stood outside her home with the toddler's pillow and bag as he pulled up.

When he asked for the things she didn't simply hand them over, instead she pulled out a handgun and fired three shots at him.

What makes this story really interesting is that they both called 911, claiming that the other person was the one firing shots.  The recording from his iPhone sealed the deal with police.

Not only was she the one firing shots, but she also lied to police dispatchers about the details of the incident.  Listen to each of their 911 calls below, then watch the video from his iPhone.
