Woman Found Fused To Recliner

An adult son told officials that he had left his 74-year-old mother in a vinyl recliner for five days without helping her  get up to use the bathroom or bathe, because he was honoring her wishes to die in her home.  Authorities found the woman with her skin fused to the chair, and she had to be pried out in order to be taken to the hospital after suffering a stroke.Court documents described the woman as a "rotting corpse that was still breathing". She later died.
