Will Smith Becomes a Human Time Machine at Gabrielle Union’s Birthday Party [VIDEO]

Rejoice, for Will Smith the rapper is not dead! He was apparently just on an “off” portion of his on-again, off-again hiatus, having come out of rap retirement to gift pal Gabrielle Union (and in turn the world) with some freestyle beats. And party like it was 1995.

He joined legendary emcee Doug E. Fresh at Union’s 40th birthday party, kickin’ it old school while suggesting Hollywood should be renamed to Willywood. “If I wanted to, I really could,” Smith rapped to the cheering crowd, joking about how he could literally afford to alter the iconic Hollywood sign.

Braggart.

Smith and Fresh then rocked a rhyme with a birthday medley of ‘Summertime’ and chants of “happy birthday,” all culminating in a brief performance of ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel Air’ theme song. (No sign of DJ Jazzy Jeff, who seems to have become the Brian Dunkleman to Smith’s Ryan Seacrest in recent years.)

Regardless, you can die happy now, internet.
