Widower Vows To Keep His Beloved Wife Buried In Their Yard [Video]

Is this a case of eternal true love, or is this widower a bit off center field?

James Davis honored his late wife Patsy’s wishes to bury her in their front yard in 2009. He successfully obtained the necessary permits from the state of Alabama, but now his local city council has told him that the gravesite must be moved.

Mr. Davis vows “Forever more, that is my gravesite.”

If his appeal to a federal judge is unsuccessful, he has a backup plan that may just work.

Details in the video below.

Mr. Davis has set up a website for the church he plans to set up in his home, and believes that churchs have special protections under the law.

Would you bury a loved one in your yard?
