Remember the Ice Bucket Challenge? The 22 Push-Up Challenge is also for a good cause.

Every time I log on to Facebook one of my friends has posted a video of themselves doing push-ups. No, my friends aren't all trying to get in shape, they have all been nominated to do 22 push-ups a day for 22 days. The movement is called the 22 Push-Up Challenge. It was set up by a global movement called 22Kill. It is meant to raise awareness of the statistic that 22 veterans commit suicide every day. That is over 7,400 every year.  22Kill is a global movement created by veterans to raise awareness to veteran suicide and mental health issues. The also want to educate the public about current veteran-related topics and issues. So if someone on Facebook nominates you to drop and give them 22 push-ups just do it. You will get stronger and raise awareness for a good cause.
