One of them surprised us, the other? Not so much.

Travel + Leisure Magazine has released their list of America's Rudest Cities, and two metros from the Mitt have earned the distinguished title.

For the record, neither of these cities were on the 2015 list. Unfortunately, Detroit has earned the #11 spot, with Ann Arbor beating them into 10th.

50,000 votes decided the list, which included a survey about 36 different cities. The survey included questions about amenities like museums, restaurants and cocktail lounges, as well as “quality-of-life features," aka how walkable a city is, how safe it feels and how cordial the locals are.

Confused as to how museums and restaurants come into play in determining the rudeness of an entire city, but still, Ann Arbor surprised me. Hey, at least Flint doesn't show up! That's good news, right?
