If you're like me you spent much of your time this weekend doing housework. Now think about your kitchen. How clean is it really?

For many households it's the hub of the house. It's the room where food is prepared and families come together to share a meal. By now, you might have guessed that I'm talking about the kitchen. This particular room also has the potential to be the most unsanitary room in your house. Kelly A. Reynolds, PhD, an environmental microbiologist at the University of Arizona's Zuckerman College of Public Health says "Moisture and food particles make it the perfect environment for growing germs that can make you sick." The kitchen sink, your coffee maker, the dish rag, and refrigerator and cabinet handles are just a few of the germiest, dirtiest kitchen spots on the list.

This gives me the perfect excuse to not cook tonight! I will be to busy scrubbing! What about you?
