What Do You Do With Your Pumpkins After Halloween? [VIDEO]

I was so proud of the pumpkin that I carved this year! The last time I put that much effort in to carving a jack-o-lantern was at least 15 years ago, so it was hard to part with it (there it is in the link below).

One of our holiday traditions is to watch "Punkin' Chunkin'" on Science Channel, where teams compete to launch or 'chunk' a pumpkin as far as they can with out getting a 'pie'. That's when the pumpkin is destroyed during launch or in mid-air.

Yesterday, we decided to make a new family tradition as I decided to give our jack-o-lanterns a proper send off...  I sent them off my roof! My oldest son, Ben, recorded the event, so I apologize in advance that you'll see more of the ground than anything else.
