Cities like Houston, Atlanta and Raleigh, North Carolina all offer housing at a more moderate cost and the city of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota offers the best opportunity if you base your choice on the unemployment rate. is the place to go, with an unemployment rate of 5.1%, the lowest of the 10 cities on the list.
