West Michigan Teens’ Explicit Photo Could Bring Criminal Charges [VIDEO]
Yet another opportunity to remind our kids (and possibly ourselves) to think before you click. A graphic photo depicting two Grandville teenagers engaging in a sex act could lead to criminal charges for the teens and others.
Because both of the teens are believed to be under 18, the person who took the photo may be charged with a crime. In addition, police say anyone who distributed the photo (and the photo has gone viral) could be charged with distributing child pornography.
Police in Wyoming, Michigan are investigating the incident which took place after a Homecoming celebration on Friday, but do not believe it happened on school grounds. Grand Rapids TV station WOOD-TV has more.
