Adam Heaphy bids on the contents of storage facilities when their owners are unable to pay rental fees. When he pored through the contents of a storage unit in Warren, he knew he had to do the right thing. Heaphy found drawings and personal artifacts that had belonged to 16-year-old Stephanie Currie, before she was killed by a drunk driver in 2009.

Heaphy and his wife worked to find Currie's mother, and when he returned the teen's belongings to her, Detroit's WXYZ-TV was there to capture the heartwarming moment.
