We Need Your Help Tomorrow To Stuff The Bus For The Needy Kids In Genesee County

Michigan summers go by so quickly! Most retail outlets are stocked and ready to go with back to school supplies, and in Genesee County's continued financial crunch, many parents are going to have a hard time sending their children back to school with everything they will need for a successful school year. This Friday, July 27, Rod and I will kick off this year's annual 'Stuff The Bus' campaign with the help of our friends from ABC 12. Back to school must haves like pencils, notebooks, ink pens, glue, rulers, folders , back packs and crayons will be collected and distributed by the Salvation Army for children right here in Genesee County. Cash donations will also be gratefully accepted.

Look for the yellow school bus at the Applebee's Restaurant on the corner of I-75 and Miller Road. The Cars 108 morning show will broadcast live from the event beginning at 6am, and we wrap up the day at 6pm. Come by. say hello, and give  Genesee County kids a great start to a successful and fun school year with 'Stuff The Bus'!
