Reviews are mixed, but most of them can agree that the band was "swallowed by the stage."

Last night, Michigan's very own musical prodigies Greta Van Fleet took the national stage on Saturday Night Live in their first performance on the NBC show.

They performed two songs: Black Smoke Rising and You're The One.

Consequence of Sound described frontman Josh Kiszka as "lifeless" and "dwarfed by the vacuous stage." Colin Jost also took a friendly (we think) jab at the group during the Weekend Update segment, making fun of the band's image and name and comparing it to the Super Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse tonight.

What did you think?
