Watch Footage from the Brooklyn Bridge Implosion [VIDEO]

Sunday morning (10/1) construction crews in New York imploded the Brooklyn Bridge. The structure has connected Brooklyn to Queens for the last 80 years, according to NBC.

The structure was demolished in order for crews to construct the second phase of a new bridge.
