Caught on Camera: Toddler Smokes Pot, Mom Busted [VIDEO]

A cellphone video showing a 22-month-old boy smoking pot from a bong, while adults laugh in the background has a Washington mom in serious trouble.

Police arrested the 24-year-old mother, and the boy's father, after they found about 40 pot plants and illegal firearms. The boy is in protective custody.
