Walmart Says Tracy Morgan Should’ve Worn Seat Belt

The big box retail store has responded to the lawsuit filed by actor Tracy Morgan, claiming that the injuries he sustained in the deadly crash back in June were from failure to wear his seat belt.

Walmart has filed a 28-page response to the complaint that was filed by Tracy Morgan and three other passengers, saying that the driver of the Walmart truck was negligent & had been driving for more than 24 hours. The truck rear ended the limo bus that Morgan and his crew were riding in on the New Jersey Turnpike earlier this summer, leaving one of his longtime friends dead and Morgan & other passengers with serious injuries.
