Do I need to purchase anything to become a member?
No, the program is entirely free.
If I share my computer with someone else, can we both participate in the program?
Yes, but each individual will have to register separately. If you share a computer, make sure you are logged in to the right account each.
I forgot my password. How do I get it?
Click the Forgot Password link. Fill in your email address and we'll send your password to the email address on file.
How do I access and make changes to my personal profile and shipping address?
You may edit your Profile by clicking on your username in the upper right-hand corner of the web. On the Profile Edit page you may change/update your profile information.
I received my prize but it was broken or defective. What do I do?
If your prize is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly. If the product arrived broken due to shipping reasons, you must file a claim with the shipping company.

How do I know if I am an Instant Winner?
You will instantly receive a message on the screen confirming you are the Instant Winner. You will then be notified via email that you are the Instant Winner with instructions on how to claim your prizes.
I just won a Contest/Trade-In ...how do I get my prize?
For prizes we ship, we offer free shipping to addresses within the continental United States. We will ship your prize to you 3-8 weeks from the closing of the Contest/Trade-In (as long as you have provided the correct shipping information), unless otherwise specified. If you need to correct this information, edit your Profile by clicking your username in the upper right hand corner of the page.
For prizes you pick up, you will also receive a winner notification email with the pick-up details.
How do I enter a Contest?
First choose a Contest you are interested in entering (you must be logged in). Each contest will list the actions available and the number of entries you'll receive for completing them. Click the action label, complete the action and then click "I've finished this entry." You will then be entered into the contest.
