Video Released Of Saginaw Homeless Man Being Shot Over 30 Times [NSFW] [VIDEO]

This is the story that won't go away. CNN purchased the video of the July 1 incident and made it public for the first time the other night. A witness captured the video of Milton Hall being shot.

There's still no word from authorities on whether the shooting was justifiable. Watch the video.
