Saggy pants continue to be a problem and while some states have banned the look in public, a recent flight was delayed because of the problem. MSNBC says a University of New Mexico football player was actually arrested and removed from the plane because of his saggy pants.

When he was boarding, attendants noticed the pants and asked him to pull them up. Well he didn't want to do that, so they escorted him off and arrested him. The airline said the dress code doesn't call for wearing inappropriate clothes.

Prosecutors are trying to figure out if they're going to file charges against him. What do you think of the case? Too harsh or did the airlines do the right thing?
