UPDATE: Arizona Teen Who Exposed Himself Won’t Face Charges

Mesa police have dropped the charges and closed the case against 19-year-old Hunter Osborn.

Now, a representative from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office has said that they will not be prosecuting him. “An assessment of the available evidence for the felony charge of furnishing harmful items to minors ... leads us to conclude that the evidence does not establish a violation of the statute,” Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery said in a statement issued Wednesday.

I can't applaud this enough. This was one of the silliest cases I'd ever heard of. Kids have been daring each other for years; while this wasn't his best decision, it definitely wasn't worth a felony charge.
