UPDATE: Abducted Children Found Safe, Vehicle Found in Flint

The children have been found safe, and police are still searching for the suspect. 

Great news - these are the only details we have right now. The family has been notified and mom is now with her kids. All efforts are now focused to finding the suspect. The vehicle was found on the north end of Flint.
