Apparently, a little bit more was going on in Detroit other than just looking at new vehicles during the North American Auto Show.

WDIV Local 4 is reporting that during the North American Auto Show last month in Detroit, 12-15 police agencies worked together to snag human traffickers and people who participate in the services of traffickers. Most times, these human traffickers are offering up, mostly women, for illegal sexual services or worse.

According to the report, undercover agents were able to bust 22 people with arrests, and rescue 15 adults and 2 minors during the three-day long operation. The police agencies that participated in the operation say that they will continue to do these types of 'busts' during bigger events in the city.
