Looks like the strike is over at Nexteer Automotive thanks to a second tentative agreement.

Just after UAW Local 699 workers took to the picket lines early Tuesday morning (11/8) at Nexteer, around 8pm the same day, the company and union officials have come to a second tentative agreement.

The following was posted on the UAW Local 699 Facebook page:

Soon after, Mark Decker, vice president and chief human resources officer for Nexteer Automotive, issued this statement in regards to the tentative agreement:

"Following an interruption in production on December 8, 2015, employees have resumed regular schedules as Nexteer and the UAW have reached a new tentative agreement. The UAW will submit the new tentative agreement to a vote by our employees."
