Two companies moving into the Dryden building in Downtown Flint have announced they will bring 100 new jobs to the area.

iSourceWorldWide, a Fenton based software company; and SkyPoint Ventures, based in Genesee County specializing on real estate and business investment are pledging to invest $2.65 million and create 100 new jobs in Downtown Flint.

The companies received grants and loans from both the state and local municipalities to help with the deal. At this time it is not clear when hiring for either company will start.
