Something that’s happening all over the U.S. Now in Flint.
The incident happened earlier this month at Flint’s Doyle-Ryder Elementary School. A petition has been filed in the juvenile court system to charge the two 11-year-old boys with disturbing the peace.
Here’s what happened..one of the boys had a dispute with a teacher and thought he would teach the teacher a lesson. That boy convinced his friend to bring a gun to school.Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton says “a toy or real gun it’s a serious matter”. It causes all sorts of chaos through-out the school.
No word on the status of the two boys or how far the Prosecutor will take the case.
