Twitter/Instagram Prankster Scares Total Strangers

Note to self: Be careful what I write about on social media.

Jack Vale took the time to look through Twitter and Instagram accounts of people, and then he goes up to these total strangers and begins telling them what he knows about them. People become nervous and scared hearing these things from a stranger, but it is all comes from things they put online.
