America's favorite snack cake will be back in stores by July, but there's a catch.

Executive vice president of Hostess Brands, LLC, Michael Cramer, revealed late yesterday that the company will resume the production of America's beloved Twinkie in July of this year. He fully expects the product to hit store shelves in the second half of that month. Other former Hostess treats will soon follow.

This new company, Hostess Brands, LLC will start the hiring process as soon as this weekend, although these new employees will be non-union.

In November of last year, all 36 Hostess Brands, Inc plants stopped production and distribution after a prolonged dispute with the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union.

How do you feel about this new company, Hostess Brands, LLC, choosing to hire non-union employees. Do you think that the plant closings back in November were a way to bust the unions? Flint is a union town...will you eat Twinkies made by this company?
