Would you ever think eating Twinkie's and other junk foods would help you lose weight? One professor at Kansas State University ate junk food for a class project and lost 27 pounds in 10 weeks.

WBALTV states that Mark Haub consumed Twinkie's, Ding Dong's, and even chips and ate 300-500 calories every couple of hours. Haub even lowered his cholesterol, as he ate roughly 1,800 calories a day.

Haub doesn't want people to try the diet and says this was just an experiment. I like Twinkie's, but I couldn't imagine doing this kind of diet. He had to feel really ill after 10 weeks of eating junk. Would you ever try a junk food diet?
