Lady GaGa, who has nearly 24 million Facebook fans, and about seven million Twitter followers, joins Ryan Seacrest, Usher, and Justin Timberlake as they abandon Facebook and Twitter.  The boycott is temporary, as they attempt to raise $1 million for Keep a Child Alive, Alicia Keys' charity which supports families in Africa and India, affected by HIV and AIDS.

The celebrities have filmed "Last Tweet and Testament" videos, part of the "Digital Life Sacrifice" campaign, hoping to raise money, and bring awareness to World AIDS Day, this Wednesday.  They plan to resume social networking when the $1 million goal is reached.

Keys is encouraging others, not just celebrities, to participate as well.
