TV Vet. + Michigan Make a Wish Grant 12-Year-Old Boy’s Dream [VIDEO]

It was a dream come true for Amy Salazar's son Lucas, as he got to meet and assist Dr. Jan Pol - star of 'The Incredible Dr. Pol' on National Geographic's Nat Geo WILD network.

The Michigan Make a Wish Foundation made the trip possible, flying 12-year old Lucas and his family from Florida to Isabella County. Lucas, who suffers from a potentially fatal kidney disease was able to spend the day assisting the famous TV veterinarian.

As an added bonus, WNEM reports this was the first time in his life Lucas has seen snow!
