TV 5 News Reporter Attacked While Covering Story in Flint [VIDEO]
A man nearly hit a WNEM reporter as he was attempting to cover a story in Flint, and then started throwing rocks at the news vehicle as it drove away.
TV 5's Nick Lulli was attempting to cover a story about residents who had been flying confederate and Nazi flags at a home in a neighborhood near Carpenter and Branch. Although the flags had been removed prior to the reporter's arrival, he attempted to get a response from the occupants of the house.
After one of the women at the home made a phone call, an unidentified man in a red truck sped to the scene, nearly hitting Lulli. After an emotionally-charged conversation, the man threw rocks at the station vehicle, and attempted to get into the car. That's when Lulli contacted the police.
Maybe the man simply likes ABC-12 better? Or maybe he's just an a--hole.
