What a great way to start the 4th of July! Thanks for the hospitality, Hadley!

One of our listeners gave us the heads up on the Hadley 5K a few weeks ago, and I signed up immediately. It's been a rough month; as soon as I got home from vacation, I developed a sinus infection. It really knocked me out; I didn't run for a couple of weeks. I was totally exhausted. Now that I'm on antibiotics, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I just started running with my Crim training group, and I've been running a consistent 5 miles every time.
