Just 30 minutes of walking per day.  That's what the American Heart Association hopes to get Americans to do to dramtically reduce their risk of heart disease.  Can't do 30 minutes at one time?  Good news!

You don't have to do it all at once.  You can walk to the mailbox.  You can walk from the far end of the parking lot instead of driving around for ten minutes looking for the closest spot.  Take the stairs instead of the elevator if you only have to climb a few flights.  You get the idea.  Several small walks per day can add up to 30 minutes worth pretty quickly!

You'll feel better and you really can lower your risk of heart disease and it's many related problems.  Just 30 minutes of walking per day.  Think of ways to sneak a short walk into your day.  You can do this!
